Standards & Metrics means the standards, methodologies, protocols, operating procedures, or other mechanisms to (i) identify and Refine Reference Data, (ii) identify, validate, characterize or contextualize Attributes, and (iii) certify or otherwise Package Digital Feedstock Products.
