Standard Weekly Hours definition

Standard Weekly Hours means the total hours the person works per week. (example: John Smith works a total of 35 hours per week. Though only 5 of those hours are paid for through this proposal, John Smith’s standard weekly hours = 35 hours, not 5.)
Standard Weekly Hours means the standard number of hours of work of an employee in a work week, established under subsection 15(1) or by an order of the Board;

Examples of Standard Weekly Hours in a sentence

  • The Standard Weekly Hours will comprise a maximum of 38 ordinary hours and 10 reasonable additional hours per week.

  • Full-time and regular part-time Employees are eligible upon completion of one or more years of seniority for paid vacations as follows: Days of Annual Vacation Hours of Vacation Credited Per Pay Period for Employees with Standard Weekly Hours = 40 Section 2.

  • The Standard Weekly Hours will be paid at the relevant hourly rate of pay set out in Appendix A of this Agreement.
