Standard Server definition

Standard Server means the server configuration set forth in Appendix B3.
Standard Server means the basic standard server set-up required for the delivery of the TelUPay Services, which the Service Provider shall advance the cost and purchase subject to reimbursement by the Client in terms provided in this Agreement.
Standard Server means the requirements identified in Appendix A of Schedule A-4.

  • A Standard Server license can be purchased for each Server, regardless of the number of CPU’s, to cover this deployment scenario.

  • Drive acceptance and availability of the Licensed Software to the broader Industry Standard Server Marketplace .

  • The SERVICE PROVIDER shall have no obligation whatsoever where the claim arises from the use of the Telupay Mobile Banking Services and/or the Telupay Mobile Banking Solution in combination with the Equipment and Standard Server upgrade not supplied or approved by the SERVICE PROVIDER save where the SERVICE PROVIDER was proven guilty of fault or negligence in the premises.

  • The cost of the Standard Server will be paid by the Client to the Service Provider within the one and half (1 ½) year period from the 90th day of commercial operation or launch of the Client's mobile phone banking using the TelUPay Services, with total sum of payment payable in six (6) quarterly payments, with actual payment received by the Service Provider within ten (10) days upon receipt by the Client of the invoice.

  • HP appoints Business Development Partner as an authorized, non-exclusive Channel Service Provider (“CSP”) to purchase HP Industry Standard Server Products (“ISS Products”) from HP for resale to CSP Customers only.

  • Support terms and conditions and contact information are detailed in the Worldwide Limited Warranty and Technical Support for Industry Standard Server Products statement (“Support Statement”), a copy of which is available on the HP web site at ▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • For example, if a Server provider includes new features and functionality in its Servers without increasing its prices, those new features and functionality will be added to the Midrange Standard Server Configurations without adjusting the ARC/RRC Rates if requested by D&B.

  • Other than the Standard Server provided by the SERVICE PROVIDER, any and all Standard Server upgrade, other computer hardware and equipment, telecommunications and/or network connections, security firewalls, commercial third party software, and etc.

Related to Standard Server

  • Standard Service means Facilities which meet good economic electric industry practice including safety, reliability and operating criteria and standards consistent with the particular characteristics of service as determined by FortisAlberta acting reasonably;

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • standard scale means the standard scale contained in section 55 of the Interpretation Act 2015 (of Tynwald)33;

  • Server means a single physical computer or devices on a network that manages or provides network resources for multiple users.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.
