Standard Result. The efficacy demonstration of the Mentone Science and process as set forth generally in paragraph 1 above is herein defined as: The cells produced, harvested and dried during the full cycle of the Mentone Science process contain at least 90% of the levels of THCG and CGDG as the donor cell, with this result affirmed by a third party testing lab, and this result is achieved at a projected utility and supplies cost of $.10 per ▇▇▇▇▇▇. This result, for purposes of this Agreement, is the “Standard Result” claimed by the inventors and acceptable to the Parties.

Standard Result. The efficacy demonstration of the Licensed Science and process as set forth generally in Section 1 above, which results in: (a) the cells produced, harvested and dried during the full cycle of the Science process contain at least 90% of the levels of THCG and CGDG as the donor cell, with this result affirmed by a third party testing lab, and (b) this result is achieved at a projected utility and supplies cost of $.10 per ▇▇▇▇▇▇, shall be considered an Acceptable Standard Result. Examples of Standard Result in a sentence

  • Any result at variance, in either a reduced percentage of THCG, and or CBDG, or both, or a measurable increase in cost, with the aforementioned Standard Result will trigger a pro-rata reduction in the consideration to be paid as set forth in Section 3(a) of the Agreement, and in the number of shares of Licensee to be granted to the Licensor, as set forth in Section 3(a) of the Agreement with the exact percentage to be issued set forth in that table below..

  • Any result with a variance (a) in either a reduced percentage of THCG, and/or CBDG, or both, or (b) a measurable increase in cost, with the aforementioned Standard Result will trigger a pro-rata reduction in the consideration to be paid as set forth in Section 4.1 of the Agreement, and in the number of shares of Licensee to be issued to the Licensor, as set forth in Section 4.1 of the Agreement with the exact percentage to be issued set forth in that table below.

Related to Standard Result

  • Board Resolution means a copy of a resolution certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company to have been duly adopted by the Board of Directors and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Guarantor’s Board Resolution means a copy of one or more resolutions, certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Guarantor to have been duly adopted by the Guarantor's Board of Directors and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification, delivered to the Trustee.

  • Consolidated refers to the consolidation of accounts in accordance with GAAP.

  • Board Resolutions means a copy delivered to the Trustee of a resolution of the Board of Directors certified by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the applicable corporation, to have been duly adopted and to be in full force and effect on the date of such certification.

  • Yard, rear means and refer to a yard extending across the full width of the lot between the rear of the principal building and the rear lot line, the depth of which is the least distance between the rear lot line and the rear of such principal building.
