standard railing means a vertical barrier erected along exposed edges of a floor opening, wall opening, ramps, platform or walk-way to prevent fall of persons;
standard railing. A standard railing should consist of a top rail, intermediate/mid-rail, toeboard and posts: o The top rail should be approximately 42 inches from the upper surface of the rail to the floor, platform, or ramp level.
