Standard Medical Provider Terms definition
Standard Medical Provider Terms means the terms and conditions set forth in the Medical Provider Agreement which the Company and its Subsidiaries make generally applicable to oral agreements between the Company and the Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and Medical Providers, on the other, who have not executed a Standard Form of Medical Provider Agreement.
