Standard Mediaware may include third party software titles under authorized distribution agreements with the respective parties.
Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;
small and medium-sized enterprise or 'SME' means a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise within the meaning of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC43;
small and medium-sized enterprises or ‘SMEs’ means small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Article 2 of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC;
standard scale means the standard scale contained in section 55 of the Interpretation Act 2015 (of Tynwald)33;
