Standard Installation Charge definition

Standard Installation Charge means the cost to the subscriber for connection to the cable communication system in the amount specified in the current rate schedule.
Standard Installation Charge means the one-time installation charge set out in Annex 2; “Term” means the term of this Agreement, as described under Clause 7.2 below; and
Standard Installation Charge means a one-off charge levied at the commencement of Service of an amount described in the Charges Document, and as confirmed when you place your Order and in your Order Confirmation.

Examples of Standard Installation Charge in a sentence

  • Where new facilities are required and/or the installation involves additional works including but not limited to digging and/or trenching, additional charges shall be imposed on a Cost-Orientated Basis on top of the Standard Installation Charge of $3000 per COD Connection.

  • Where Indoor Connection requires fibre length exceeding 80 metres and / or new facilities are required, additional OTC as set out in Annex 4 (One Time Installation Charge - Indoor Connection) shall apply on top of the $2,000 Standard Installation Charge Where Outdoor Connection is required, additional OTC as set out in Annex 5 shall apply on top of the $2,000 Standard Installation Charge.

  • NLT shall provide the RL with a quotation (“Quotation”) of the total applicable one-time Installation Charge (comprising the Standard Installation Charge and any additional charges as described under this Annex 1) (“OTC”) prior to fulfilling the said order.

  • NLT shall provide the RL with a quotation (“Quotation”) of the total applicable one-time Installation Charge (comprising the Standard Installation Charge and any additional charges as described under this Annex 1 and Annexes 4 and 5) (“OTC”) prior to fulfilling the said order.

  • The Standard Installation Charge is for a Standard Installation and assumes reasonable access to the Equipment locations and that the locations meet Minimal Acceptable Site Criteria.
