Service Provider will host the Hosted Solution, including providing to Customer the Standard Hosting Services and any Optional Hosting Services which are part of the Hosted Solution, subject to and in accordance with the terms of the Process Manual and Service Class Manual.
Any cloud-based services, hosted service (including Licensed Software hosted services), the Standard Hosting Services set forth in Exhibit 4 (Software Subscription License) or software as a service provided under the Agreement or Participating Addendum.
