Standard Hardware definition

Standard Hardware means common hardware platforms stocked and supported by INAP and not specifically identified as Custom Hardware on an Order. INAP will use commercially reasonable efforts to replace Standard Hardware within 48 hours of problem identification by an INAP support engineer, at no additional cost to Customer. In the event MRS Services are not provided in accordance with the foregoing Service Level during any month of the Order Term, INAP will provide a credit of 5% of the portion of the MRC specified in the Order for each affected device for each 48-hour increment of downtime beyond the initial one hour from problem identification, up to 100% of such portion of the MRC for the affected device.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means all of each Loan Party’s and each of its Subsidiary’s rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (a) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (b) all software and all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (a) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (c) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (d) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Standard Interface means an interface that either is an official standard defined by a recognized standards body, or, in the case of interfaces specified for a particular programming language, one that is widely used among developers working in that language.

  • Standard fertility preservation services means procedure based upon current evidence-based standards of care established by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Society for Clinical Oncology, or other national medical associations that follow current evidence-based standards of care.
