Standard Form Document definition

Standard Form Document means all standard forms, agreements or other documents required by any Lender in order to provide its part of the Facilities, including applications to open accounts and including customary letters of undertaking and other standard documents governing Facility C and Facility D (including the issue of any Documentary Credit, revolving debitory account facility or any other facility thereunder).
