STANDARD DOCUMENTS means standardized forms of documents prepared (and from time to time revised) by the Capital Entities in connection with the offering of various types of Financings and Ancillary Services, including forms of leases, loan agreements, security agreements, guarantees, financing statements and other documents necessary or appropriate for the conducting of the Capital Entities' business of providing Financing and Ancillary Services.
