Standard Components definition

Standard Components means Third Party Components which are not Unique Components. Standard Components can typically be used by IAC for another of its customers, or can be reallocated by the Component supplier for use by a customer other than IAC. Unless a Component is designated as a Unique Component in the applicable Statement of Work, it is assumed to be a Standard Component.
Standard Components means ‘off the shelf,’ generally available Components that meet the standard cancellation terms (i.e. Components that can be rescheduled, cancelled, or returned by Flextronics at any time without notice or liability).
