Standard Class definition

Standard Class means, in respect of any train or service, Accommodation" accommodation which is available to the purchaser of any Fare which, taking into account any rights or restrictions relating to that Fare (other than restrictions relating to accommodation on that train or service), entitles such purchaser to make a journey on that train or service (provided that any accommodation on such train which may have been reserved by such purchaser shall be deemed to have been made so available if, had it not been so reserved, it would have been available for use by such purchaser);
Standard Class means the class of Standard Points created, issued or sold in accordance with the Constitution and in particular, but without limitation, Clause 6.18 of the Constitution;

Examples of Standard Class in a sentence

  • Holders of Standard Class facilities must pay the full public rate if they wish to travel in Club Class.

  • Holders of Standard Class facilities may only travel in Classic accommodation.

  • The participating MLP shall have title to the PV Project’s non-energy attributes and the associated Massachusetts Renewable Portfolio Standard Class I Renewable Energy Generation Attributes (“RPS Class I RECs), as defined in 225 CMR 14.02.

  • Standard Class rail travel is the approved class of travel, although first class rail can sometimes be the cheaper option dependent upon the time of booking.

Related to Standard Class

  • Backward Classes means any socially and educationally Backward Classes of citizens recognized by the Government for purpose of clause (4) of article 15 of the Constitution of India;

  • Scheduled Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Affected Class has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).

  • Restricted Classes As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.

  • Erroneous Payment Impacted Class has the meaning assigned to it in Section 11.15(d).

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • Protected class means a group of persons distinguished, or perceived to be distinguished, by race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, familial status, source of income or disability.

  • Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.

  • Initial Class C Note Balance means $156,670,000.

  • Settlement Classes means the following:

  • Required Class Lenders means, with respect to any Class on any date of determination, Lenders having more than 50% of the sum of (i) the outstanding Loans under such Class and (ii) the aggregate unused Commitments under such Facility.

  • Initial Class D Note Balance means $119,840,000.

  • Class A-2 Note Rate With respect to any Payment Date, the per annum rate equal to the lesser of (i) the Class A-2 Formula Note Rate and (ii) the Class A-2 Net WAC Cap Rate for such Payment Date.

  • Initial Class B Note Balance means $163,150,000.

  • Original Class A Percentage The Class A Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.04.

  • Original Class A Non-PO Principal Balance The sum of the Original Principal Balances of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4 and Class A-R Certificates, as set forth in Section 11.06.

  • Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $75,000,000.

  • Subordinated Class means, with respect to the Class A Notes, the Class B Notes.

  • Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.

  • Support Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Companion Class With respect to each Lower Tier Regular Class, any Class of Trust Fund Certificates appearing opposite such Lower Tier Regular Class in the Lower Tier Schedule.

  • Original Class B-1 Percentage The Class B-1 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.08.

  • Class C Note Rate means 3.48% per annum.

  • Class when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans.

  • Unimpaired Class means an unimpaired Class within the meaning of section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.
