Standard Call Out definition

Standard Call Out means the despatch of the Supplier’s representative to visit any of the Location(s) to attempt to remedy any technical or other faults or for the purposes of installation or reinstallation in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement of any equipment supplied by the Supplier, or its configuration or set up. This is charged to the Client by the Supplier at an initial call out fee of £200 plus VAT to include the first hour’s (or part thereof) labour, and then at £75 plus VAT per subsequent hour (or part thereof) such fees being referred to in this Agreement as “Standard Call Out Fee”.

Examples of Standard Call Out in a sentence

  • The Supplier will, however, provide loan or replacement equipment during the first year of this Agreement subject to a Standard Call Out Fee to install if required and/or cost of two way courier costs if the Client elects to swap out the Equipment themselves.

  • After the first Year, the Supplier will charge replacement Equipment costs at the Suppliers list price, plus Standard Call Out Fees for installation.
