Standard Baseline definition

Standard Baseline. The standard baseline is the average of the highest fifteen (15) measurement data values for the same hour that was activated in the last twenty (20) Suitable Business Days prior to the activation.
Standard Baseline is one of two components of the DR C&I Baseline and is calculated as described below. • “In-Day Adjustment Factor” is one of two components of the DR C&I Baseline and is calculated as described below.
Standard Baseline has the meaning given to it in Schedule 3.

  • The Standard Baseline for purposes of factoring the Monthly Assumed Inclement Weather Days into the Project Schedule is four calendar days per month.
