Standard 3. A Plan shall be operated in a manner responsive to customer needs and requirements. Standard 4: A Plan shall effectively and efficiently participate in Inter-Plan Programs, including, but not limited to the BlueCard Program and Inter-Plan Medicare Advantage Program, for the purposes of providing portability of membership between Plans and ease of claims processing for customers receiving benefits outside of Control/Home Plan's Service Area. Discussion shall address test/inspection equipment and processes that will be used to satisfy requirements. Discussion shall address whether or not the vendor is First Article certified by Submarine Maintenance Engineering, Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP) per PPD 802-6337554 or has ever manufactured the item(s) and been deemed First Article acceptable by another activity/agency per PPD 802-6337554.
