Standalone Use definition

Standalone Use means the Software (and any corresponding Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement may only be used with or access, directly or indirectly, Partner Products and any other Software or Third Party Products licensed under this Agreement.
Standalone Use means the SAP Software (and any corresponding Third Party Products”) licensed under the Agreement may only be used with or access, directly or indirectly, TELCOR products and any other SAP Software or Third Party Products licensed under this Agreement.

  • Partner may market and sublicense the Software only for Standalone Use (except as otherwise set forth in the applicable Order Form) and in conjunction with the Partner Products pursuant to the licensing and use restrictions as set forth in this Agreement, the Software Use Rights, and such other terms as set forth in the specific Exhibit A for the applicable Software.


More Definitions of Standalone Use

Standalone Use means that the Software (and any corresponding Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement may only be used with or access, directly or indirectly, the Partner or OEM applications and any other Software or Third Party Products identified under this Agreement.
Standalone Use means installation, storage or operation of the Licensed Program on a standalone or networked PC without reference or connection to any other copy of the Licensed Program.
Standalone Use means the Trial Software may not be used to access, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, any other software and/or third-party software licensed from the Managed Service Provider, or an authorized reseller, distributor, OEM or other authorized partner of the Managed Service Provider or its licensor, unless such software or third-party software explicitly allows such access.
Standalone Use means the SAP software may not be used to access, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, any other SAP software and/or Third Party Software licensed from SAP, or an authorized reseller, distributor, OEM or other authorized partner of SAP.  You may not connect any of the SAP ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, developer edition installations to form a computing “cluster” (i.e., a set of loosely or tightly connected computers that work together).  Notwithstanding any language to the contrary in Section 6 of the Developer Agreement (License Term), the license granted to use SAP ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, developer edition shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue for twelve (12) months at which time the license granted to use SAP ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, developer edition shall expire, and at which time SAP ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, developer edition may cease to operate. You may enter into another Developer Agreement and download another copy of SAP ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, developer edition if You wish to continue to use SAP ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, developer; provided that SAP reserves the right to cease making SAP ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, developer edition available, at any time and at SAP’s sole and absolute discretion. The termination rights in Section 9 of the Developer Agreement are unaltered by the terms and conditions in this paragraph.  Consistent with Section 12 of the Developer Agreement, SAP is under no obligation to offer any support or maintenance services for SAP ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, developer edition. SAP may, at its discretion, establish and maintain community based support resources where questions, discussions, and feedback can be posted and shared. Maintenance and support services provided by SAP may be available for an additional fee for higher capacity SAP ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, developer edition production licenses that are purchased.  Maintenance/updates for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications shall only be obtainable via SUSE's PartnerNet portal (“PartnerNet”) and in order to obtain maintenance/updates You must register for membership in SUSE’s PartnerNet program.
Standalone Use. . means the Software may not be Used to access, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, any other Software and/or Third Party Software licensed from SAP, or an authorized reseller, distributor, OEM or other authorized partner of SAP. Software licensed for Standalone Use, however, may be Used with other Software (and any corresponding Third Parrty Software) that is licensed forStandalone Use.

Related to Standalone Use

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.

  • re-use means any operation by which products or components that are not waste are used again for the same purpose for which they were conceived;

  • Single use means products or items that are intended for one-time, one-person use and are disposed of after use on each client, including cotton swabs or balls, tissues or paper products, paper or plastic cups, gauze and sanitary coverings, razors, piercing needles, scalpel blades, stencils, ink cups, and protective gloves.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.
