Stand-Alone Services definition

Stand-Alone Services means Dell-branded services not tied to specific Products as may be made available by Dell from time to time and as more specifically defined in a Dell Services Description e.g. security services and modular services as further detailed in Appendix 4;
Stand-Alone Services unbundled delivery of any portion of the iMAP Services, as well as other services delivered independently, including but not limited to training and time and material implementation services

Related to Stand-Alone Services

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.
