Stand-Alone Offering definition

Stand-Alone Offering means the sale of a Product as a stand-alone product or otherwise in a manner that is not a Complimentary Offering.

  • The Company’s cessation of the sale of such Licensed Cases and Trays to such Third Party within the Cure Period will be SpinCo’s sole and exclusive remedy for any unintentional sale by the Company of Licensed Cases and Trays to such Third Party for resale by such Third Party as a Stand-Alone Offering.
