Stand-Alone Device definition

Stand-Alone Device means a device which is not a sub-component of a Patient Monitoring System and which is utilized for prophylactic monitoring of patients in the Field.

  • Notwithstanding the previous sentence, Cardiac Science may, in its sole discretion, elect to enter into a separate agreement for the development of the Stand-Alone Device and license of the Option Technology, on substantially the same terms as this ADM Agreement (the "Stand-Alone Device Agreement").
