Stalls definition

Stalls are the spaces provided by The Union at the Freshers' Fair. The size of each Stall, which is at the sole discretion of The Union, will be approx.
Stalls means the areas within the Markets set aside for the sale of goods and produce, as shown on Plan Schedules "A" and "B" to this by-law.

Examples of Stalls in a sentence

  • Working with the Guild the Council will agree the selection of Fair Rides and Stalls with appropriate consideration for the position of the Fairgrounds and the layout within the allocated roads in the centre of Thame.

  • Stalls may not be used to store any other items including but not limited to coolers, boxes, storage containers, sporting equipment, seasonal décor, vehicle related items, etc.

  • The Choir Stalls should be held off sale for all amplified concerts, unless a case can be made by the Promoter that any negative effect of technical equipment on the customer experience will be limited.

  • Customer cannot re-sell or transfer their rights to park in a Parking Lot or Parking Stall(s) without express written consent from CPA.

  • The use of propane gas, or paraffin heaters is not permitted on Stalls unless pre-agreed with the WCEL.

  • Stalls should be manned at all times (see trading hours above #1).

  • There are no refunds (including for pre-paid Stalls or Stall accessories) in the case of adverse weather or if the weather deteriorates during the day.

  • Each Non-Managing Member, each other Person who acquires an interest in a Membership Interest and each other Person bound by this Agreement hereby waives, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any and all defenses or other remedies that may be available to such Member to contest, negate or disaffirm any action of the Managing Member or any such officer in connection with any such dealing.

  • Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, for the Lease Term upon the terms and conditions of this Lease, the Premises for Tenant’s own use in the conduct of Tenant’s business together with (i) the non-exclusive right to use the number of Tenant’s Allocated Parking Stalls within the Common Area (subject to the limitations set forth in Section 4.6), and (ii) the non-exclusive right to use the Common Area for ingress to and egress from the Premises.

  • The corporation acknowledges and agrees it is responsible for the individual parkers using the Parking Lots and Parking Stalls assigned to the corporate Customer by CPA, and that the corporation agrees to and accepts all the terms and conditions of this Contract.

Related to Stalls

  • Parking Open unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)
