Staleness Date definition

Staleness Date means November 11, 2015.
Staleness Date means each of March 31st, May 14th, August 14th and November 14th.
Staleness Date has the meaning specified in Section 7.3(d).

Examples of Staleness Date in a sentence

  • Provided, further, that if the Staleness Date causes a delay in filing a Registration Statement or updating a Prospectus an additional five Trading Days after a Form 10-K has been filed shall be added to any time period.
