STAI definition

STAI means ScanTech AI Systems, Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States of America and listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market.
STAI shall have the meaning assigned in the preamble.
STAI or the “Company”), a corporation formed under the laws of the State of Delaware, and Silverback Capital Corporation, (“SCC”), a Delaware Corporation. BACKGROUND:
