Staging Areas definition

Staging Areas means any area provided by the District, at or near the Facility Site, reasonably adequate for the Contractor to lay down, fabricate, mobilize, store, and organize Materials and Equipment, Construction Aids, and other items during performance of the Work.
Staging Areas.  Land needed by the Concessionaire during the construction of the Project Facilities, including land required for temporary warehouses, workshops, construction settlements, internal access roads and spoils dumps, as more particularly described in Schedule 6.
Staging Areas means that portion or those portions of the Property upon which Grantee shall either locate material or equipment during periods of time when Grantee is constructing or removing the Improvements or during periods of time when Grantee is repairing, replacing, altering or maintaining the Improvements. The location of such Staging Areas shall be determined so as to minimize their inconvenience to Grantors and such locations shall be subject to the reasonable approval, in writing, of Grantors, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned.

More Definitions of Staging Areas

Staging Areas means the area located in the Daily Surface Lot and consisting of 138 spaces.
Staging Areas means those specific portions of Exxon's Property (exclusive of the Demised Premises and the tank fields referred to in Section 2.11) to which Exxon from time to time grants Cogen temporary access for the storage of material and equipment used by Cogen for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, replacement, or removal of the Improvements or the Exxon System, if applicable.

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Industrial Center and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other lessees of the Industrial Center and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, parkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Parking No unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("Unreserved Parking Spaces"); and no reserved vehicle parking spaces ("Reserved Parking Spaces"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and
