Stage 9 means the stage of the Development shown as ‘Stage 9’ in the Staging Plan for approximately 22 Residential Lots, or otherwise as specified in and approved by the relevant Development Consent or otherwise approved in writing by the Council for the purposes of this Deed. Staging Plan means the plan in Schedule 7. Subdivision has the same meaning as in the Act. Subdivision Certificate has the same meaning as in the Act.
