Stage 7. Procurement (to overlap with stage 5)
Stage 7 means the stage of the Development shown as ‘Stage 7’ in the Staging Plan for approximately 69 Residential Lots, or otherwise as specified in and approved by the relevant Development Consent or otherwise approved in writing by the Council for the purposes of this Deed. Stage 8 means the stage of the Development shown as ‘Stage 8’ in the Staging Plan for approximately 33 Residential Lots, or otherwise as specified in and approved by the relevant Development Consent or otherwise approved in writing by the Council for the purposes of this Deed.

Related to Stage 7

  • Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;

  • Stage 2 means the construction of the second hotel and other developments facilities and amenities referred to in the Development Proposals;

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;
