Within ten (10) business days after the Date of Preliminary Approval, Staffmark will provide the Settlement Administrator with a “Class List” containing the following for each Class Member, to the extent Staffmark has such information: (1) full legal name; (2) social security number; (3) last known address; (4) telephone number and/or e-mail address, if available; (5) dates of employment in California with Staffmark/Samsung in a non-exempt position; and (6) last position held during the Class Period.
