Staff Personal Data means Personal Data and/or Special Category Personal Data of any Staff that fall(s) within any of the categories of Personal Data specified in paragraph Error! (Categories of Personal Data - Staff) of Schedule 1 (Data Sharing Protocol) and means in particular such data as any Disclosing Party makes available under this Agreement and that a Receiving Party receives under this Agreement;

Staff Personal Data means all data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are created by the Supplier in the operation of the Services regarding their Staff.
