Stadium Services definition

Stadium Services means and consist of the following:

Stadium Services means all janitorial, cleaning, security, maintenance, physical plant, grounds keeping, or employees in classifications called by different names who perform the same or similar services duties, employed by a contractor at the Stadium and Stadium Infrastructure property, excluding supervisors, office clerical employees, and all other employees including guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.

Examples of Stadium Services in a sentence

  • The cost of providing staffing for the scoreboard message center shall not be an element of Park Board Stadium Services when provided by the Team to display message center advertising sold by the Team at Park Board Events.

  • The City shall reimburse Licensee for the actual direct costs and expenses incurred by Licensee for all Stadium Services incurred as a result of all City Events.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, at all times during the term of this Agreement, LSC shall be solely responsible for the Stadium Services described as Field Preparation and Field and Surrounding Grounds Maintenance for all soccer games held at the Stadium.

  • The City shall reimburse Hardball for the actual direct costs and expenses incurred by Hardball for all Stadium Services incurred as a result of all City Events.

  • At Hardball's sole cost and expense, Hardball or an affiliate thereof will provide Stadium Services throughout the Stadium Area at all Hardball Events.

  • At LSC's sole cost and expense, LSC will provide Stadium Services throughout the Stadium at LSC Home Soccer Games, excluding sod conversion.

  • The provision of Team Stadium Services and Park Board Stadium Services shall be provided in a manner to promote the use of the Stadium, attract the public to Team and Park Board events scheduled at the Stadium, and shall be of acceptable quality consistent with the standards required of a first-class professional baseball facility.

  • Further, LSC agrees and covenants to the City that it will use its best efforts to retain the services of residents of the City of Lansing in all Stadium Services performed pursuant to this Agreement and will attempt to have at least seventy-five percent (75%) of LSC’s seasonal staff be residents of the City of Lansing.

  • The Team shall perform Field and Surrounding Grounds Maintenance as a component of Team Stadium Services, including sod replacement necessitated by the normal wear and tear of the field turf.

  • Further, Hardball agrees and covenants to the City that it will use its best efforts to retain the services of area residents for Stadium Services performed pursuant to this Agreement.
