Stadium Authority definition

Stadium Authority has the meaning set forth in the Introduction.
Stadium Authority means the Clark County Stadium Authority created by Section 21 of Senate Bill 1 of the 30th Special Session (2016) of the Nevada State Legislature.
Stadium Authority whenever used herein, means Xxxxx County Las Stadium Authority, a political subdivision of the County but a separate governmental entity authorized pursuant to SB 1 of the 2016 Nevada Legislature, operating as the Las Vegas Stadium Authority.
