Stable Performance definition
Stable Performance means that a Service complies with all applicable Key Performance Requirements for a period of three (3) successive months after the Texas Access Alliance is processing transactions relating to seventy-five percent (75%) of the statewide caseload.

When any Service for which MAXIMUS has a Cover Cost obligation achieves Stable Performance, the Parties will meet to determine appropriate steps to reduce Cover Costs while maintaining Stable Performance.
