Stabilizing Action definition
Stabilizing Action in relation to an offer, means the action taken in Bahrain or elsewhere by a stabilizing manager, or by a Category 1 Licensee on behalf of the stabilizing manager:
Stabilizing Action. ( ) means any action contemplated by section 6 or section 9;
Stabilizing Action. ( ) means primary stabilizing action or ancillary stabilizing action;
