Stabilisation Plan the Contractor's plan for Stabilisation which at the Framework Effective Date shall be the plan entitled "SSCL Service Stabilisation Plan v1.0" which is a Framework Contract Controlled Document and which is included in the compact disc executed by the Parties and dated 1 November 2013, which is attached to this Framework Agreement; "Stabilisation" the handover and take on activities required for the Contractor to take responsibility for management, delivery and operational support of the Ordered Services set out in the Day 1 Services Catalogue as set out in the Stabilisation Plan; "Standard Licence Terms" a royalty free and non-exclusive licence to Use the licensed materials during the Framework Term, including a right for the relevant licensee to permit third parties to Use such licensed materials to manage, receive and/or benefit from the Available Services provided that such third party enters into a non- disclosure agreement substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7.7 (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to the Framework Agreement; "Standard Migration" has the meaning given in the document titled "Migration Approach" which is a Framework Contract Controlled Document and which is included in the compact disc executed by the Parties and dated 1 November 2013, which is attached to this Framework Agreement; "Standard Service means all Service Levels other than those designated as Key Expression Definition
