ST Notes definition

ST Notes means the 9.5% Subordinated Notes due 2038 to be issued by Holdings to ST, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A to the Note Agreement.
ST Notes means the promissory notes of the Company executed and delivered to SouthTrust under the ST Credit Agreement, as modified or restated from time to time, and any promissory note or notes issued in exchange or replacement thereof, including all extensions, renewals, refinancings or refundings thereof in whole or part.
