SSTEC means the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City, a concept which envisions the building of an economically sustainable, socially harmonious, environmentally friendly, and resource-conserving model city, through an integrated approach to planning, land use and urban transport, balancing of employment and housing supply, and promotion of the use of clean/renewable energy and reuse/recycle of resources through innovative technologies and environmentally friendly policies and investments across various sectors.
