SSN Guarantor definition
SSN Guarantor means (i) as of the Issue Date, the meaning assigned to the Initial Guarantors and (ii) each Person that executes a SSN Guarantee in accordance with the provisions of the Senior Secured Notes Indenture in its capacity as a guarantor of the Senior Secured Notes and its respective successors and assigns, until the SSN Guarantee of such Person has been released in accordance with the provisions of the Senior Secured Notes Indenture.
