SSN Debt definition

SSN Debt means all present and future moneys, debts and liabilities due, owing or incurred from time to time by any member of the Group to any SSN Holder under or in connection with the SSNs (in each case, whether alone or jointly, or jointly and severally, with any other person, whether actually or contingently, and whether as principal, surety or otherwise).

Related to SSN Debt

  • Second Lien Debt means the Indebtedness and guarantees thereof now or hereafter incurred pursuant to the Second Lien Loan Documents.

  • Payoff Indebtedness means Indebtedness of the types set forth in subsections (a) and (b) of the definition of Indebtedness.

  • Company Indebtedness means any obligations and liabilities created, issued or incurred by the Purchased Entities for borrowed money, including without limitation, bank loans, notes payable, capital lease obligations, guarantees of indebtedness for borrowed money of others, and all principal, interest, fees, prepayment penalties or other amounts due or owing with respect thereto.

  • Indebtedness means, with respect to any Person, without duplication:

  • First Lien Debt means the Initial First Lien Debt and any Additional First Lien Debt.
