SSM Plan definition
SSM Plan means the Start-up, Shutdown and Malfunction Plan for the Facility, which is required by 40 C.F.R. § 63.6(e)(3), and which ensures, among other things, that owners and operators of semi-chemical pulping ▇▇▇▇▇ are prepared to correct malfunctions as soon as practicable after their occurrence in order to minimize excess emissions of HAPs. PCA submitted the SSM Plan for the Facility to WDNR on February 18, 2002. When the Title V permit for the Facility becomes final, the SSM Plan will be incorporated by reference into that permit.
