SSL Account definition

SSL Account means account number EUR ▇▇▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ (IBAN: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) (SWIFT code: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇) held with the Account Bank in the name of the Tranche C Borrower, or such other account as may be substituted for that account in accordance with the terms of Clause 7.8(h).

Examples of SSL Account in a sentence

  • The Tranche C Borrower shall procure that all payments made by Nordic from time to time in respect of interest and principal under the Intra-Group Capital Contribution shall be paid directly into the SSL Account.

  • Such new SSL Account will be pledged by the Tranche A Borrower to the Security Agent for the benefit of the Tranche A Lenders.

  • The Tranche A Borrower shall procure that any payments made by Nordic from time to time after the Tranche A Advance Utilisation Date in respect of interest and principal under the Intra-Group Capital Contribution shall be paid into the SSL Account.
