SSG Grant definition
SSG Grant means a grant made by the Borrower to a SSG under Part 1 (b) of the Project under a SSG Grant Agreement, and “SSG Grants” means more than one such grant.
Examples of SSG Grant in a sentence
The Borrower shall exercise its rights under each SSG Grant Agreement, and under each JRG Grant Agreement in such manner as to protect the interests of the Borrower and the Bank and to accomplish the purposes of the Loan.
Except as the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall not assign, amend, abrogate or waive any SSG Grant Agreement, or any JRG Grant Agreement or any of their provisions.
