  • The Licensee shall be liable for and shall indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless SSCL, SSCL’s officers, employees and agents from and against any and all demands, claims, suits and causes of action and any and all liability, costs, expenses, settlements and judgments arising out of the failure of the Licensee to discharge its obligations under this clause and to comply with the provisions of Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits.

  • Movable or immovable assets created by the Licensee shall vest with SSCL/ Licensor in case of termination.

  • SSCL reserves the sole right not to give consent /approval to such a request and no compensation or claim will be entertained in this regard.
