SSCIP definition

SSCIP means a Small-Scale Community Infrastructure Project financed or proposed to be financed under Part A of the Project.

  • If the Qualified Vendor or subcontractor chooses to use SSCIP or another approved insurance pool as its insurance provider, the contract/subcontract would be considered in full compliance with insurance requirements relating to the A.M. Best rating requirements.

Related to SSCIP

  • MCIP means (i) the joint county industrial park established pursuant to the terms of the MCIP Agreement and (ii) any joint county industrial park created pursuant to a successor park agreement delivered by the County and a partner county in accordance with Section 4-1-170 of the MCIP Act, or any successor provision, with respect to the Project.
