SSAE18 definition

SSAE18 has the meaning set forth in clause 5.2 of this Agreement.
SSAE18 means Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements - an auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and contains the rules for conducting an attestation of a service organization’s internal controls and issuing a System and Organization Controls’ (SOC) report. Service auditors are required to follow these rules when conducting a SSAE 18 engagement.

  • The Funds shall not disclose such documentation or information to any third party (except to the extent permitted, necessary or required pursuant to Section 10(b)) or use it for any purpose other than evaluating the Custodian’s security controls, except that the Funds may disclose the Custodian’s SSAE-18 summary to the Funds’ external auditors provided that such external auditors are required to maintain the confidentiality of the summary and any related information.

  • In lieu of a GLO- conducted assessment, audit, examination, investigation, or review, Provider may supply, upon GLO approval, the following reports: SSAE18, ISO/ICE 27001 Certification, FedRAMP Certification, and PCI Compliance Report.

  • Industry standard compliance includes annual completion of: SSAE18/ISAE Data Center Audit, SSAE18 Operations Audit, PCI-DSS Compliance Audit, Vulnerability Testing & CVSS Audit, and Control Self-Assessment Audit.

  • Where applicable and consistent with the services provided, any Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements 18 (SSAE18) reports or similar report will be reviewed by DST at least annually.

  • The hired Auditor must make an evaluation consistent with the FDOH contract terms and conditions to determine which SSAE18 report types to perform for the required SOC types.

  • At least annually, the Bank shall, upon a Trust’s request, provide the Trusts with the results of its latest SSAE-18 or equivalent control audit prepared by the Bank’s external auditors.

  • Copies of SSAE18 reports and supporting documents shall be submitted by or on behalf of SO/Third Party Administrator directly to the FDOH designated Contract Manager (CM) as outlined in each SO contract agreement.

  • If the contracted entity is determined to be a Service Organization (SO), the entity must perform an attestation to the System Organization Controls (SOC) and submit to FDOH a “Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE18) audit report within the assigned timeframe as agreed upon in the SO’s contract agreement.

Related to SSAE18

  • SOQ means Statement of Qualifications.

  • NOFA means a Notice of Funding Availability issued by the Department.

  • FMCSA means Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

  • Research Analyst means any individual employed by Loomis Sayles who has been designated as a Research Analyst or Research Associate by Loomis Sayles. A person is considered a Research Analyst only as to those Covered Securities which he or she is assigned to cover and about which he or she issues research reports to other Investment Persons or otherwise makes recommendations to Investment Persons beyond publishing their research. As to other securities, he or she is simply an Access Person.

  • Cold Weather Alert means the notice that PJM provides to PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators to prepare personnel and facilities for expected extreme cold weather conditions.
