SSA Subscription Agreement definition
SSA Subscription Agreement means the subscription agreement to be concluded, between the Company and SSA in terms of which, inter alia, the Company will subscribe for, and SSA will allot and issue to the Company the SSA Khanyisa Shares on the Effective Date;
