Examples of SRSI in a sentence

  • Whenever a youth is referred to the Department for a new law charge (taken into custody or at- large) or taken into custody and screened for a non-law violation of supervision, staff shallcomplete the MAYSI-2, and applicable sections of the Suicide Risk Screening Instrument (SRSI) in JJIS.
