SRRA definition

SRRA means the Site Remediation Reform Act, N.J.A.C. 58:10C-1, et seq., and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • GPCL will establish and maintain SRRA and the weather station to monitor the solar irradiation and other necessary weather data.

  • The Tenant shall cause the LSRP to promptly furnish to Landlord photocopies of all reports, notices, correspondence, filings and other documentation from Tenant or the LSRP to, or from NJDEP, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (the “EPA”), or any other local, state or federal authority to Tenant or the LSRP, pertaining to the Tenant’s obligations under SRRA or as to other environmental matters.

  • Tenant shall bear all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, expert/consultant fees, including those for the LSRP, and costs or expenses of investigation and/or remediation, incurred by Landlord or the Tenant in connection with any actions required of the Tenant to comply with SRRA.

  • Further, in the event that Buyer or Seller is required to perform any remediation (not including investigation), or in the event that Buyer’s act or omission results in an Exacerbated Environmental Condition that requires investigation and/or remediation, pursuant to ISRA or SRRA at any time prior to the ISRA/SRRA Obligations Transfer Date, Seller shall have the option, in Seller’s sole discretion, of performing such investigation and/or remediation at Buyer’s sole cost and expense.

  • Re-admittance is automatic upon completion of suspension o Shall resolve all difficulties arising from situations not provided for in this Constitution or Regulations/ Rules identified by SRRA or ORA.

  • If the issue remains unresolved at local level it should be referred to central authorities in writing to be dealt with by the senior officials of the agencies concerned i.e. the SRRA head office, the head of the NGO and, if appropriate the UNICEF/OLS coordinator.
