SRO List definition

SRO List means the list of Standard Reference Obligations as published by ISDA on its website at www.isda.org from time to time (or any successor website thereto) or by a third party designated by ISDA on its website from time to time.

  • If the Standard Reference Obligation is removed from the SRO List, such obligation shall cease to be the Reference Obligation (other than for purposes of the "Not Subordinated" Obligation Characteristic or "Not Subordinated" Valuation Obligation Characteristic) and there shall be no Reference Obligation unless and until such obligation is subsequently replaced on the SRO List, in which case, the new Standard Reference Obligation in respect of the Reference Entity shall constitute the Reference Obligation.

  • The relevantStandard Reference Obligation may be modified in accordance with the SRO List.

  • If the Standard Reference Obligation is removed from the SRO List, such obligation shall cease to be the Reference Obligation and the Calculation Agent will select as a substitute Reference Obligation any Deliverable Obligation with the same level of seniority as the relevant Seniority Level.

  • In respect of certain CDS where Standard Reference Obligation is specified as applicable, the Reference Obligation will be the obligation specified as the market standard reference obligation for the relevant Reference Entity for the relevant seniority level on the SRO List to be published by ISDA (or any successor thereto).

  • In addition, the Calculation Agent (i) may replace the Reference Obligation with any further Deliverable Obligation with the same level of seniority as the relevant Seniority Level from time to time and (ii) if a new obligation is placed on the SRO List in respect of the relevant Reference Entity, then the Calculation Agent may, but is not obliged to, select the new Standard Reference Obligation in respect of the Reference Entity as the Reference Obligation.

  • Noteholders should be aware that the Reference Obligation as at the Trade Date (which for this Series will be the Non-Standard Reference Obligation) may, in certain circumstances, be replaced by another obligation that will then become the Reference Obligation and, for the purposes of this Series, such a replacement is likely to occur once a Standard Reference Obligation is published on the relevant SRO List.

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4 means a conveyance or system of conveyances (including roads with drainage systems, municipal streets, catch basins, curbs, gutters, ditches, man-made channels, or storm drains):

  • Material safety data sheet or "MSDS" means the chemical, physical, technical, and safety information document supplied by the manufacturer of the coating, solvent, or other chemical product, usually through the distribution network or retailers.

  • Primary Listing means the single directory listing provided to Customers by Publisher under the terms of this Agreement. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to xxxx for an available time among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing. “Proprietary Information” is as defined in Article 20, Section 20.1.1.
