SRF Policy Guidelines definition

SRF Policy Guidelines means guidance of general applicability (as from time to time published, amended and supplemented by the Finance Authority) pertaining to participants utilizing financial assistance in connection with their projects funded in whole or in part through the Wastewater SRF Program.

  • Comply with the procurement procedures and affirmative action requirements contained in SRF Policy Guidelines in the Planning, Design and Construction of the Project to the extent that such are to be paid from Loan proceeds.

  • Permit the Finance Authority and its agents to inspect from time to time (1) the Project, (2) the Treatment Works and (3) the books and other financial records of the Treatment Works, including the inspections described in SRF Policy Guidelines.

  • In the event Construction is to be paid from Loan proceeds, within one year of Substantial Completion of Construction, consistent with SRF Policy Guidelines, certify to the Finance Authority that the Project meets performance standards, or if not met, (1) submit to the Finance Authority (or if directed by the Finance Authority, to the Department) a corrective action plan and (2) promptly and diligently undertake any corrective action necessary to bring the Project into compliance with such standards.

  • Policy Statement means a written description of the current approach of an agency, entitled a policy statement by the agency head or its designee, to implementation of a statute or other provision of law, of a court decision, or of an agency order, including where appropriate the agency's current practice, procedure, or method of action based upon that approach.

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.

  • R&W Policy means any buyer-side representations and warranties insurance policy purchased by a Buyer or an Affiliate thereof in connection with this Agreement on or before the Closing Date.
