The 100% construction documents shall conform to SREF requirements, all mandatory requirements cited by the Florida Department of Education (or the designated reviewer) and those listed below.
The host facility provider shall comply with facility safety requirements embodied in the State Uniform Building Code for Educational Facilities and the Department of Education’s State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) 1994.
